This warranty does not include damage resulting from accident, mishandling, misuse, abuse or alterations, or incorrect current or voltage. To completely disconnect AC power from this apparatus, the power supply cord must be unplugged. To reduce the risk of electrical shock, do not attempt to open the pump or modify the electrical cord and plug as there are no user-serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to Dawson’s Designs, LLC. Attempting to repair unit is not recommended and will void the warranty. If unit becomes defective within warranty period, Dawson’s Designs, LLC will repair or replace it free of charge (Buyer is responsible for paying shipping to send in unit for repair. Dawson’s Designs, LLC will pay return shipping to customer once repair or replacement has been completed). After expiration, Dawson’s Designs, LLC will repair defective unit for a fee. Dawson’s Designs will not accept packages without prior authorization, pre-paid freight (UPS preferred) and proper insurance.
